Many of our old photos were made at Photograph Studios and have Copyright
notices can you process them ?
Most Studios will grant you written permission to use their photos
for a family DVD. A few charge a small fee (Olan Mills) but most are free
if the photo is over 2 years old.
You must make every attempt to find the Studio and get their written
permission.
